Dimond Automotive, LLC is a full-service automotive repair shop serving the Valencia and Mars, PA communities. We provide expert repair, maintenance, and diagnostics for European, domestic, and classic vehicles, backed by more than two decades of training and hands-on experience.

Our Story

Owner Don Dimond began working on cars at a young age alongside his father. That early foundation sparked the passion that shaped his entire career.

Don attended A.W. Beattie Career Center and was selected for the prestigious Automotive Youth Educational Systems (AYES) program. He was sponsored by P&W Foreign Car Service, where he also completed dealer-supported education at Ohio Technical College and achieved the level of BMW Diagnostic Technician.

His career continued at Mini of Pittsburgh for three years, followed by ten years at Wright Automotive, where he specialized in Saab, Isuzu, and Lotus vehicles. Through Lotus USA training in Atlanta, he advanced his expertise even further.

For the next 11 years, Don served at George Riggin’s Specialty Automotive, working on a wide range of European, classic, exotic, and specialty vehicles. This experience—combined with modern diagnostic knowledge and old-school mechanical skill—forms the foundation of Dimond Automotive.

Today, Don brings dealership-level training, precision workmanship, and a commitment to honesty and transparency to every repair.

Leadership

Cindy Dimond, co-owner of Dimond Automotive, brings 17 years of experience as a radiology technologist, where precision, compassion, and clear communication were core to her work. Her technical foundation began early at A.W. Beattie Career Center, where she studied automotive technology in high school and developed a passion for hands-on learning.

Cindy also grew up in the automotive world—her father owned Vince’s Automotive in Perrysville, PA, a shop now proudly run by her brother. That family legacy shapes how she approaches every customer: with honesty, care, and a commitment to doing things the right way.

Outside the office, Cindy enjoys learning more about the trade and helping Don with her Jeep Wrangler. Her blend of medical professionalism, automotive roots, and genuine enthusiasm for the industry ensures Dimond Automotive operates with organization, integrity, and a true customer-first mindset.
